Delivery & Returns
We ship to most countries.
We aim to dispatch all our products within 2 working days of receiving your order, if not sooner.
For UK orders please allow a total of 7 working days for delivery.
For international orders please contact us to confirm delivery times.
If your order is urgent, please contact us and we will do our best to meet your requirements.
Postage & packaging charges:
We offer FREE postage and packaging on all items within the United Kingdom.
For international orders please contact us for a quote.
All Prints are sent via Royal Mail and cannot be tracked.
All Canvasses and Wall Stickers are sent by a courier and can be tracked once the parcel has been dispatched.
Orders that contain multiple items may be dispatched separately.
Goods damaged in delivery:
In the unlikely event that your products have been damaged in delivery, please ensure that you keep the item and all the packaging, then email us as soon as possible for a replacement instruction.
Returns & refunds
If you wish to cancel your order before we have dispatched it, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your name, delivery address and an order number.
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase you may cancel your contract up to 60 days after delivery.
To cancel your contract please email us at email@example.com or write to us at Witty Doodle, 19 Hutton Road, Paignton, Devon, TQ3 1BN. Please quote your name, delivery address, order number and reason for cancellation.
You must return the products to us within 14 days from the day on which you cancel your contract. Please include your receipt (this will have been e-mailed to you).
Returned products, unless faulty, must be in a fully resaleable condition, with all packaging intact and all leaflets included.
You will need to cover the cost of return postage. Return postage costs will only be refunded if an item is considered to be faulty, not as described or has been sent by us incorrectly.
When returning goods please ensure that you obtain a certificate of postage as the products are your responsibility until they arrive at our address.
We will process your refund as soon as possible up to a maximum of 14 days after the day on which we receive the products back from you. We will refund you using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
